Whistleblowing
On the basis of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report infringements of Union law, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Directive), and Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Act), STATECH s.r.o. has introduced, ID No.: 274 02 975, with registered office at Počapelská 346, 277 01 Dolní Beřkovice, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 111021 (hereinafter referred to as STATECH), an internal reporting system available at the following link: Sygnanet, which is intended for persons who have become aware of an illegal act in connection with their work or other similar activity.
This is a violation that:
- has the characteristics of a criminal offence,
- has the characteristics of an offence for which the law provides for a fine of at least CZK 100 000,
- violates the Act, or violates another legal regulation or a regulation of the European Union in the field of:
- financial services, statutory audit and other assurance services, financial products and financial markets,
- corporate income tax, the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing,
- consumer protection,
- compliance with product requirements, including product safety,
- transport, transport and road safety,
- environmental protection,
- food and feed safety and animal health,
- radiation protection and nuclear safety,
- competition, public auctions and public procurement,
- protection of internal order and security, life and health,
- protection of personal data, privacy and security of electronic communications networks and information systems,
- the protection of the financial interests of the European Union, or
- the functioning of the internal market, including the protection of competition and State aid under European Union law.
The notification shall include the name, surname and date of birth or other information from which the identity of the notifier can be inferred.
STATECH shall only accept notifications from persons who, even indirectly, have performed or are performing work or other similar activities for STATECH pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Act. This means dependent work performed in a basic employment relationship, service, voluntary activity or professional practice or internship. STATECH excludes accepting notifications from a person who does not perform work or other similar activity for STATECH under section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Act.

Notifications may also be submitted in person after prior written or telephone agreement with the relevant person.
Upon receipt of the notification, the notifier will be informed of the receipt of the notification within 7 days of its submission. The results of the assessment of the notification will be communicated within 30 days of receipt of the notification. In cases of factual or legal complexity, this period may be extended by up to 30 days, but not more than twice. The competent person shall inform the notifier in writing of the extension and the reasons for it before the expiry of the time limit.
